These terms apply to private sitting bookings, event tickets and digital products purchased from Martin Hopgood through martinhopgood.com. Please read them before making a payment.

Who we are

Martin Hopgood is a psychic medium based at 20 Croxden Way, Eastbourne, BN22 0UJ. You can contact Martin at martinhopgoodmedium@gmail.com.

Readings

Readings, sittings, events and products are offered for guidance and personal interest. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and Martin cannot guarantee any particular message or outcome. You must be 18 or over to book or buy.

Private sittings

Private sittings take place at Martin’s studio and last about 60 to 90 minutes. Up to two people can attend. The sitting costs £75. A £20 deposit is paid online through PayPal when you book, and the remaining £55 is paid in person on the day. Your booking is confirmed only once PayPal confirms the deposit, and you will receive a confirmation email.

Sittings start on time, so please arrive a few minutes early. Booking changes and cancellations cannot be made online. Please email martinhopgoodmedium@gmail.com as early as possible. The deposit secures a slot that could have gone to someone on the waiting list, and refunds of the deposit are at Martin’s discretion.

A recording of your sitting is emailed to you. Copies are kept for 7 days only, so please download your recording and check it plays within that time.

Zoom readings, tuition and seminars

Zoom readings (£120 per reading), tuition and seminars are arranged by enquiry. Arrangements and payment are agreed with you directly before the session.

Event tickets

Event tickets are paid through PayPal and sent to you as a secure ticket link by email. Please bring your ticket on the day. If Martin has to cancel or change an event, ticket holders are contacted using the details given at purchase. Refunds for events you can no longer attend are at Martin’s discretion.

Digital products

Digital products, such as the masterclass, are delivered by email after PayPal confirms payment. You receive a video link and a link to download the PDF. The PDF download link works for 7 days. If it expires, contact Martin and a new link can be sent.

Under UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you agree at checkout that delivery starts straight away and that you lose this right to cancel once the links are sent. This does not affect your rights if the content is faulty.

Products are for your personal use. Please do not share, resell or republish them.

Payments

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not see or store your card details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise, Martin’s liability for any booking or purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes and law

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version on this page when you book or buy applies to that booking or purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
